when will i RECEIVE my images?

Typically, my turn around time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks. This depends on the season. No two images are exactly alike. Every photo is not only individually hand curated, but I also put my heart and soul into each image. This is why I give myself a buffer of four weeks. However, I do occasionally finish faster than this! 

do we get every image you capture?

No. Duplicated images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions, bad positioning, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery will not be present. You will be presented a gallery with a handful of final edits. The rest will only be partially edited. (this helps to save time from editing photos you may not choose) Keep in mind the photos that are only partially edited are vastly different from the final product. From here you can decide if you would like to upgrade or move forward with your original collection purchase. 

do you give out raw (unedited) photos?

No! The raw images are copyrighted and are the sole property of the photographer. However, the copyrights to the images can be purchased.

DO you offer printing services?

YES!! I highly encourage utilizing this professional printing service through my store. It is seamlessly available to you at your gallery delivery. Printing through a non-professional lab (i.e walmart, walgreens, cvs, etc.) distorts image color, feel, and quality. Overall these distorted images will not match nor reflect an accurate representation of my work. You will also receive a print credit with any collection purchase, so why not make good use of it?!

How does Rescheduling work?

You are allowed one reschedule for any reason. If you need to reschedule for a second time, there will be an associated fee applied in addition to the already paid non refundable creative session fee. The only time I will reschedule, (as the photographer) is if there is a family emergency, or the weather is indefinitely incompatible. This is solely at the photographer's discretion. 

How do you accept payment?

I work through a customer relationship management program, which I will process all of your payments through. You will have access to your own portal to view your proposal, questionnaire, prep & styling guide, and any extra invoices. 

are payment plans available?

Yes! Once the non refundable session fee is paid, you are able to to make payments how you see fit. So long as you are paid in full prior to your session date, you will be good to go!

do you travel?

Yes! I am based out of enterprise, AL but service the surrounding areas of fort novosel, Dothan, PCB FL, and Destin FL. Outside of this radius, I do charge the standard mileage rate issued by the IRS. i am also available for travel anywhere. Please inquire for more information. 

Do you have a client closet?

Yes I do have a complimentary client closet for women and children. You will be able to view it through a link provided in my styling guide. If you do choose to utilize a dress, I will get you set up with a consult to try on dresses prior to your session, or i can provide a few styles at your session if you are not available for a consult.

Do you have a studio?

YES, i do! my gorgeous and spacious studio is located in Enterprise, al.
